Look what arrived in my mail yesterday...
Actually, this is for my sister for Christmas, not for me. But just looking at this book, I think it is very detailed on how to make macarons (shell and various types of filling). There’s a substantial amount of pictures to demonstrate the various steps, as macarons take a long time to make.
My sister used to make macarons, but she said lately her shells were sagged. So I bought this book...
